Pokémon TCG Shopping FAQ

Straightforward answers for collectors shopping with Canova Collectibles.

What is Simplified Chinese Pokémon TCG?

Simplified Chinese Pokémon TCG is an official licensed product line made for Mainland China. Its release schedule and product combinations can differ from English and Japanese releases, and some cards have region-specific collector or authenticity features. Check the exact set name, printed card number, language and product contents on each listing. Our Chinese Pokémon guide explains these differences without treating every release as identical.

Do you ship within Canada?

Yes. Canova Collectibles ships eligible orders within Canada. Available carriers, delivery services and current prices are calculated or displayed during checkout for the address and order being submitted. Local pickup in Winnipeg may also be offered. Because a pre-order, oversized item or address can change the available choices, the checkout screen is the final source for the options attached to a specific order.

Are prices shown in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Public store prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless the checkout or a private partner account clearly states otherwise. Shipping, gift card use, Canova Bucks, promotions and any remaining payment amount are itemized in the checkout totals before the order is placed. A logged-in partner sees only the pricing assigned to that account; private partner pricing is not exposed to guests or regular customer accounts.

How do pre-orders and back-orders work?

The product page labels a pre-order or back-order and displays an expected release or restock date when one has been confirmed. These dates are estimates until inventory arrives because manufacturers, distributors and freight can change schedules. Delayed items are not treated as ready stock. Read the product notice before ordering, especially when combining delayed and available products, and contact the Canova Team when fulfillment timing is important.

Can I buy single cards, slabs and card supplies?

Yes. Current inventory may include raw single cards, graded slabs, sealed Pokémon products, Gem Packs and protection or storage accessories. Many singles and slabs are unique items, so use the product photo, card number, language, grade and description to confirm the exact collectible. If a listing is unclear, ask us before checkout—we would much rather help identify the right card or accessory than have you guess.

What is your return policy?

Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition and the circumstances. Sealed products, raw cards, graded cards, digital gift cards, pre-orders and consignment items can have different considerations. Read the Store Policies page before ordering and keep all packaging if an order arrives damaged. Contact the Canova Team promptly with the order number and useful photos so we can review what happened and explain the available next step.

How can I sell Pokémon cards in Winnipeg?

Canova accepts eligible cards, slabs and collectibles through its consignment workflow. Read our Winnipeg Pokémon card selling and consignment guide to understand the process, then sign in to submit an item and asking price. Approval is not automatic: the team reviews whether the item fits the store and whether the listing information is complete. Consignment can be useful when you want a local storefront to handle the customer-facing sale.
